My journey to Cleanoperty began unexpectedly during COVID. After leaving my marketing role, a path that honed my digital marketing skills, I found myself in Amazon warehouses back in Charlotte, North Carolina, learning invaluable lessons in logistics, speed cleaning, and teamwork. I say it lightly, but we ensured 1000-lb cargo bots were back on track in minutes, a testament to our commitment to keep essential supplies moving. This intense, demanding experience, where we navigated infection and injury risks daily, taught me the true meaning of dedication.
An injury eventually led me to a new opportunity in hospitality. This humbling experience, coupled with my childhood knowledge of aseptic environments from my physician parents, and hands-on skills in painting, carpentry, and masonry from building our home, became crucial. I applied every skill learned – from customer service and staff supervision to cleaning techniques – to meet the rigorous standards of hotels and short-term rentals during a global crisis.

During those three years, I was fortunate to learn from incredible hospitality experts. In 2023, I relocated to Florida and created BNB COAST, specializing in White Glove cleaning for high-ticket vacation rentals. I blended the best of hospitality from North Carolina with Florida Community Association Management (CAM) principles, developing a unique cleaning and maintenance system that delivers top quality in short hours.
